namo bodhisatto āgānātimāya iti bhagavā (3x)
padaṃ rājāmunī sāmirāmaṃ ārādhanaṃ saraṇaṃ āgacchāmi (3x)
namo bodhisatto rājāmunī sāmirāmo mahāpuñño ānubhāvena me rakkhantu (3x)

A quick and dirty translation:

Homage to the Bodhisattva whose progress to Buddhahood is irreversible.

I come for refuge, invoking the power of the footprint of the royal sage Lord Rāma.

Homage to the Bodhisattva, the royal sage Lord Rāma, he of great merit; by the power [of this recital] may I be protected.
